HOW TO MAKE AN ONLINE RETURN
ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY (UAE)
RETURNS (GCC, MIDDLE EAST, AND REST OF WORLD)
- 10 days FULL refund policy for online card payments only. After 10-14 days, store credit will be issued.
- Cash or card payments on delivery will be refunded via store credit only.
- Non-returnable items include sale items, and swimwear.
- Items must be returned in a sellable condition, unworn, with tags attached, and hygiene stickers still applied. Damaged, soiled, or scented items will not qualify for a refund and may be refused.
- Refunds for card payments will be processed within 7-14 days and returned to the original card used.
- We offer an extra 10% store credit on top of the refund if you choose store credit instead of a full card refund.
- 1 Free exchange for UAE customers (1-time exchange only). If you exchange for a different size of the same item more than once, there is a charge of AED 15 per collection and delivery.
- If exchanging, please email info@lalunaatelier.com to confirm your size and arrange the exchange.
- Exchanges for a different style must be processed as a new sale. Select “cash on delivery” and your previous order value will be deducted upon delivery once the exchanged item has been collected and approved. Email us at info@lalunaatelier.com to confirm your new order as an exchange.
RETURNS (GCC, MIDDLE EAST, AND REST OF WORLD):
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Email info@lalunaatelier.com to request a return and we will provide the return address.
- International returns are at the customer’s own cost unless the item is faulty or damaged. Please email us, and we will help you find the most cost-effective return solution.
- Tracked delivery is required for all returns. Notify us of the tracking information once sent. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged if sent without a tracked service.
