Shipping Policies
- Order Processing: All confirmed orders are prepared for shipping within 1 business day.
- Business Hours: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Policies
Local Deliveries (UAE)
- Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 5:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
- Delivery Partner: We collaborate with Jeebly to ensure reliable and efficient delivery services.
International Deliveries
- Service Availability: Delivery is available to select international destinations.
- Delivery Time: Delivery may take 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.
- Customs & Import Fees: Recipients are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Additional Information
- Order Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor the progress of your delivery.
- Failed Deliveries: If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, our courier partner will arrange a second attempt.

Returns and Exchange Policy
We aim to ensure a hassle-free returns and exchange process. Below are the details:
Online Returns & Exchange Policy (UAE)
- 10-Day Full Refund Policy: Online card payments are eligible for a full refund within 10 days. Refunds processed between 10 to 14 days will be issued as store credit.
- Refunds for Cash or Card Payments on Delivery: Refunds will be issued via store credit only.
- Non-Returnable Items: Sale items and swimwear are non-returnable.
- Condition for Returns: Items must be returned in sellable condition—unworn, with tags attached, and hygiene stickers intact. Damaged, soiled, or scented items will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds for card payments will be processed within 7 to 14 days and returned to the original card used.
- Bonus Store Credit: Opt for store credit instead of a full card refund to receive an additional 10% store credit.
Exchanges (UAE)
- 1 Free Exchange: UAE customers are entitled to one free exchange. Subsequent exchanges for the same item will incur a fee of AED 15 per collection and delivery.
- Exchanging for a Different Style: This will be treated as a new sale. Choose “cash on delivery” for the new item, and the value of your previous order will be deducted once the exchanged item is collected and approved.

Returns (GCC, Middle East, and Rest of World)
- Return Period: Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Return Requests: Email info@lalunaatelier.com to request a return and receive the return address.
- International Return Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for faulty or damaged items. We will assist in finding a cost-effective return solution.
- Tracked Delivery Requirement: Returns must be sent via a tracked delivery service. Provide the tracking information upon dispatch. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items sent without tracking.
- Courier Service Note: Clearly indicate that your package is a return when booking the courier service.
